With over 15 years of land acquisition and pre-development, Jim is responsible for site selection, acquisition, entitlement, pre-development and financing of hotel and apartment sites throughout the United States. Jim's background adds a dynamic which allows LandPro Development Group to approach its business with expert site selection, comprehensive knowledge in all facets of Pre-development and investment analysis for development partners.

Director of Marketing
Zach Tomlinson leads the group in the information and technologies area. Zach achieved his Bachelors in Marketing at the liberal arts college, College of Idaho in 2013. Zach brings significant value through his experience and relations to the target market demographic of student housing. Mr. Tomlinson contributes detailed and comprehensive business process definitions, quality assurance, as well as continuous and open communication.

Roger Keyser/Lead Designer
With over twenty years of design experience at Kitchen & Associates, Roger’s passion for creating buildings that fit their surroundings, as well as his innate ability to respond to the needs of clients, stakeholders and end-users, has earned him the admiration of his colleagues and the respect of our clients. As a principal of K&A and leader of the firm’s Education design studio, Roger has been a champion of design excellence in everything he does. His twenty years at the firm have given him a wide array of experience designing a broad spectrum of project types including Affordable Housing, Healthcare, Mixed-Use, Office/Commercial, Urban Revitalization and K-12 and Higher Education.
